DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
- Clean and maintain office furniture, desks, windows, ceiling vents, and equipment.
- Handle washroom cleaning thoroughly, ensuring restrooms are hygienic and well-stocked with supplies (soap, toilet paper, etc.).
- Empty trash bins, ensure proper disposal of waste, and segregate recyclables.
- Disinfect high-touch areas, such as doorknobs, light switches, and elevator buttons, to prevent the spread of germs.
- Follow health and safety guidelines for the use of cleaning chemicals and tools.
- Keep an inventory of cleaning supplies and notify the relevant office personnel when replenishment is needed.
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment is well-maintained and functioning properly.
- Identify any repairs or maintenance needs (e.g., faulty equipment or damaged fittings) and promptly report them to the appropriate department.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- At least 2 years of experience as an office cleaner.
- Ability to follow cleaning procedures efficiently and independently.
- Familiarity with the safe use of cleaning equipment and products.
- Presentable and well-groomed.
- High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
- Good time management and attention to detail.
