DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Engagement & Relationship Building
- Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming shopping experience.
- Understand customer needs, preferences, and occasions to recommend suitable perfumes or cosmetic products.
- Follow up with loyal clients and provide personalized suggestions to encourage repeat purchases.
Sales Performance & Target Achievement
- Actively promote and sell perfumes and related products to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Use persuasive selling techniques to upsell and cross-sell products, enhancing overall revenue.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions to support performance tracking.
Product Knowledge & Presentation
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the features, benefits, and unique qualities of each perfume or cosmetic product.
- Stay updated on new product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal trends.
- Ensure products are displayed neatly, attractively, and according to company merchandising standards.
Customer Service & Problem Resolution
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, or concerns, providing effective solutions.
- Educate customers on proper product usage and care to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Build trust with clients through consistent, high-quality service, ensuring a positive brand experience.
Store Maintenance & Team Collaboration
- Keep the sales floor, counters, and displays clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Assist colleagues in coordinating store promotions, events, and marketing initiatives.
- Contribute ideas to improve store performance, customer engagement, and sales strategies.
Professionalism & Personal Presentation
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance that reflects the brand image.
- Exhibit confidence, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude while interacting with customers and team members.
- Represent the brand as a knowledgeable and approachable ambassador at all times.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in cosmetic or perfume sales is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and persuasive selling skills.
- Confident, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets consistently.
- Friendly, energetic, and results-oriented mindset.
