DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

On-Camera & Visual Representation

• Model for photo and video shoots including commercials, promotional content, social media campaigns, and branded visuals
• Follow creative direction while also offering expressive and natural performance on camera
• Maintain strong posture, expression, and movement to enhance visual storytelling

Live Events & Stage Presence

• Represent the brand at live events, launches, activations, exhibitions, and promotions
• Engage confidently with audiences, guests, and potential customers
• Perform scripted or improvised presentations when required

 Content Creation & Social Media Support

• Participate in the creation of short-form digital content (reels, stories, behind-the-scenes clips)
• Support brand visibility by engaging with content in a professional and brand-aligned manner
• Stay aware of social media trends to enhance relevance and audience engagement

Brand Ambassadorship

• Uphold the brand’s image, values, and messaging in all public appearances
• Communicate clearly and professionally in both Swahili and English
• Build positive relationships with clients, partners, and team members

Creative Collaboration & Adaptability

• Work closely with photographers, videographers, directors, and creative teams
• Adapt quickly to changes in scripts, locations, or creative direction
• Contribute creative input and ideas when appropriate

 Professional Conduct & Preparedness

• Arrive on time, prepared, and presentation-ready for all engagements
• Maintain grooming, wardrobe, and overall appearance to required standards
• Demonstrate reliability, discipline, and respect on set and at events

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• Previous acting or modeling experience is an advantage
• Strong confidence on camera and in live settings
• Quick thinker with creative problem-solving ability
• Fluent in Swahili and English
• Social media savvy with an understanding of digital engagement
• Professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills
