DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies
- Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives.
- Tailor strategies to support product positioning, pricing, promotion, and distribution.
- Regularly review and refine strategies based on market trends and business performance.
Brand Development and Management
- Build a strong, recognizable brand identity across all customer touchpoints.
- Oversee the development of brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across campaigns, packaging, and communications.
Campaign Planning and Execution
- Plan, launch, and manage marketing campaigns to promote product awareness and sales.
- Utilize a mix of traditional and digital marketing channels (social media, email, radio, activations, etc.).
- Coordinate with creative and media agencies to deliver engaging content and experiences.
Lead Generation and Market Expansion
- Identify new customer segments and untapped markets.
- Develop B2B and B2C lead generation strategies, including promotions, sampling, activations, and partnerships.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into long-term customers.
Market Research and Consumer Insights
- Conduct regular market research to gather insights on competitors, pricing, customer preferences, and industry shifts.
- Use data to inform product development, campaign design, and market entry strategies.
Budget Planning and Management
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Track expenses against performance to ensure efficient campaign execution.
- Maximize return on marketing investment (ROMI) through data-driven decision-making.
Performance Tracking and Reporting
- Define campaign KPIs and track performance across various platforms.
- Generate monthly reports highlighting campaign effectiveness, sales impact, and improvement areas.
- Use analytics to optimize future marketing initiatives.
Stakeholder and Team Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, production, and product development.
- Manage external relationships with marketing agencies, designers, printers, and event coordinators.
- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team.
Digital Marketing and Social Media Oversight
- Drive brand engagement through social media, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and influencer partnerships.
- Monitor and manage online reputation and customer engagement on digital platforms.
Event Planning and Product Launches
- Organize promotional events, product activations, and trade shows.
- Develop marketing collateral and sales materials to support launches and campaigns.
- Ensure post-event follow-ups and lead capture mechanisms are in place.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma/Degree in Sales and Marketing or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing FMCG products, preferably processed food
- Proven success in brand building, campaign planning, and execution
- Strong ability to generate leads and convert them into customers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using marketing tools and software
