MACHINE OPERATOR

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate production machinery for pasta/spaghetti manufacturing processes.
Ensure that machines are set up and calibrated to specifications and adjust settings when necessary.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines to minimize downtime.
Monitor machine performance, identify malfunctions, and report issues to the maintenance team.
Inspect products regularly to ensure they meet quality standards and report defects.
Manage raw materials input into the production process, ensuring proper handling and usage.
Work in collaboration with other operators and the production team to achieve daily production goals.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and machines, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
Follow all safety procedures and regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Complete necessary documentation regarding machine operations, maintenance, and production records.
Assist with packaging and labeling of finished products when required. KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
At least 2 years of experience as a machine operator, preferably in a food manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with food production machinery, preferably in pasta or similar food manufacturing sectors.
Knowledge of packaging processes and product quality control.
Attention to detail and the ability to identify defects in products or machinery.
