DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Coordinate and execute end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and reference checks.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding processes including induction programs and employee orientation.

Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Administer offboarding and exit processes, including clearance, final settlements, and conducting exit interviews.
  • Handle disciplinary and grievance procedures in compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

HR Records and Compliance

  • Maintain up-to-date and confidential employee records both in physical and digital formats.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality in compliance with data protection laws.

Policy and Procedure Implementation

  • Assist in the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure organization-wide understanding and adherence to HR guidelines.

Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Foster a positive and productive workplace culture by supporting employee engagement initiatives.

 

 

Payroll Administration

  • Prepare and process payroll accurately and timely, including statutory deductions and benefits administration.
  • Liaise with Finance to ensure seamless payroll integration.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or related field from a recognized university
  • A minimum of 3–4 years’ experience in Human Resources or Administration
  • Membership with the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) is an added advantage
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR information systems
