DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Transformation & Automation
- Identify, design, and implement technology-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Lead the automation of manual and repetitive processes across departments.
- Support integration of systems to ensure seamless data flow and improved decision-making.
Systems Development & Improvement
- Develop, test, and maintain internal systems, applications, and databases.
- Work with teams to document business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure all systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with organizational needs.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Research emerging technologies and assess their applicability to the organization’s goals.
- Drive innovation initiatives and pilot projects aimed at improving productivity and service delivery.
- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and experimentation across departments.
Data Management & Insights
- Support data collection, analysis, and visualization to drive informed decision-making.
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track key performance metrics.
Stakeholder Engagement & Support
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand pain points and recommend technology-based solutions.
- Provide user training, documentation, and technical support for newly implemented tools and systems.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in system development, process automation, or technology-driven innovation.
- Proven track record in implementing digital solutions and improving operational processes.
- Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or SQL).
- Experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Zapier, UiPath).
- Familiarity with database management and systems integration.
- Understanding of data analytics, dashboards, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
