DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company products or services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Log and update customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex customer issues to the relevant departments or supervisors when necessary.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Contribute to the team’s continuous improvement by sharing insights, suggestions, and customer feedback.
- Support sales and operations teams with customer-related coordination and documentation when required.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude with customers at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned in line with customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma in Communication, Business Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer-focused environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swahili
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage
