DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

AI-Enhanced Content Creation & Strategy

  • Leverage advanced AI tools to ideate, develop, write, and refine high-impact content tailored for diverse social media platforms.
  • Produce a wide array of original multimedia content, including articles, graphics, videos, and interactive posts, ensuring alignment with brand voice and objectives.
  • Capture, edit, and optimize high-quality photo and video content for digital and offline use, maintaining a visually compelling narrative.

Social Media Management & Engagement

  • Develop, implement, and manage a strategic content calendar with consistent, engaging daily publishing across all social media channels.
  • Monitor industry trends, audience engagement, and competitor activity to inform proactive and innovative content strategies.
  • Actively manage and foster social media communities, responding to audience interactions while cultivating a positive and engaged online presence.

Creative Design & Brand Stewardship

  • Design visually impactful promotional materials for both digital and physical platforms, ensuring they resonate with target audiences.
  • Maintain consistency of brand identity, messaging, and tone across all creative content and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize and execute designs that elevate brand perception and awareness.

Campaign Execution & Performance Analysis

  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to conceptualize and execute innovative digital campaigns that drive engagement, awareness, and conversions.
  • Track, analyze, and report on content and campaign performance metrics, including ROI from influencer collaborations, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine future content strategies and maximize audience impact.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communication, or Graphic Design.
  • Relevant experience managing social media and digital content.
  • Skilled in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe, or similar).
  • Ability to create AI-enhanced and engaging content across platforms.
  • Strong creativity, writing and analytics skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO and social media advertising strategies.
  • Up-to-date with current digital trends and content strategies.
