BEAUTY THERAPIST

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Skin Consultations & Analysis: Conduct in-depth skin assessments using professional diagnostic tools to identify client concerns and recommend personalized treatment plans.
• Perform Professional Treatments: Deliver a wide range of advanced facial and body treatments including deep cleansing, peels, LED therapy, microdermabrasion, lymphatic drainage, and other targeted skin therapies, with a focus on delivering visible results.
• Client Education & Aftercare: Provide expert guidance on at-home skincare routines, educate clients on ingredients and product usage, and ensure proper post-treatment care instructions are given to maximize outcomes.
• Retail Sales & Product Recommendations: Confidently recommend skincare products based on individual skin types and concerns, while achieving retail sales targets and contributing to clinic profitability.
• Treatment Customization: Adapt and tailor treatments based on individual client needs, preferences, and skin responses during sessions, including the integration of Korean beauty techniques where relevant.
• Client Relationship Management: Build loyal client relationships through consistent service excellence, follow-up communications, and a warm, welcoming approach to every visit.
• Hygiene & Compliance: Adhere strictly to clinic hygiene, sterilization, and safety protocols to ensure a clean and compliant work environment at all times.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other therapists and the clinic team to maintain a positive work environment, support team goals, and participate in regular training or promotional events.
• Continuous Learning & Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, especially in Korean skincare innovations, and share insights with the team to enhance service offerings.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a spa or cosmetic clinic setting
• In-depth knowledge of skincare products, active ingredients, and treatment protocols
• Genuine passion for Korean skincare practices and beauty rituals
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Relevant beauty therapy qualifications (Certificate IV or equivalent)
