Our team of HR Consultants are able to formulate and implement HR Policies and Procedures Manual as well as employees’ hand book with company rules and regulations. The policies are construed to the current employment law. Consideration is also given to companies’ culture, operations, rules and regulations, code of conduct and unwritten rules. The consultants will help in implementing the policies through training of staffs. We also formulate and standardize other HR documents e.g. contracts, disciplinary letters, Biodata forms, leave forms etc.
