DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Support & Coordination:
- Assist in managing property operations, including guest check-ins/check-outs, cleaning schedules, and maintenance requests.
- Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of property maintenance and inventory.
Guest Communication & Support:
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide exceptional guest support, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.
- Proactively address guest feedback and escalate issues as needed.
Property Inspections & Quality Control:
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and adherence to company standards.
- Identify and report any maintenance or repair needs.
- Ensure properties are well-stocked with necessary supplies and amenities.
Inventory Management & Procurement:
- Manage and maintain inventory of supplies and amenities.
- Place orders for necessary supplies and ensure timely delivery.
- Assist in the control of costs related to supplies.
Team Support & Collaboration:
- Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
- Provide support to cleaning and maintenance teams as needed.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure smooth operations.
Problem Resolution & Reporting:
- Address and resolve guest complaints and operational issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to the General Manager.
- Assist the General Manager with lead generation and client communication.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in hospitality, property management, or vacation rentals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Knowledge of standard hospitality practices
- Ability to use basic computer programs and apps
