DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Prospecting & Lead Generation:

  • Identify and approach potential customers in various sectors, including corporate businesses, hotels, educational institutions, supermarkets, and general trade.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through proactive sales techniques and market research.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calls, referrals, and local market knowledge.

Sales Strategy & Account Management:

  • Present and promote our bottled water products to new clients in a clear, engaging, and compelling manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive business growth and ensure customer retention.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms in alignment with company standards and client requirements.

Market Intelligence:

  • Stay informed on local market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to provide insights and strategic recommendations to management.
  • Monitor competitor products and pricing structures to ensure that our offerings remain competitive.

Sales Reporting & Targets:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by management.
  • Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and market developments.
  • Provide feedback on customer needs, competitive offerings, and potential areas for new product or service development.

 

 

Customer Service & Support:

  • Ensure timely and efficient product delivery and resolve any customer concerns or issues promptly.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and continued loyalty.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in selling bottled water or similar FMCG products
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and develop lasting relationships
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong understanding of the local market, customer behavior, and competitor landscape
