DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through various methods, including cold calling, networking, online research, and attending industry events. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Needs Analysis and Solution Selling: Understand customer needs and challenges by asking probing questions and actively listening. Present tailored solutions that address those needs, effectively demonstrating the value proposition of our products/services.
  • Sales Presentations and Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging and informative sales presentations and product demonstrations, either in person or virtually, showcasing the features and benefits of our offerings.
  • Closing Deals: Negotiate contract terms, overcome objections, and successfully close deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities and refine sales strategies.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and closed deals. Provide regular reports on sales performance and progress towards targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including marketing, customer service, and operations, to ensure seamless customer experience and achieve company objectives.
  • Professional Development: Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales skills and product knowledge through training and self-development.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in a related industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Customer-centric approach with a passion for building relationships.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly driven to achieve targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
