DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales and Business Development:
- Drive the sales of vehicle security solutions to prospective clients within the logistics and transportation sectors.
- Identify and target new business opportunities by prospecting and generating leads.
- Engage and build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in logistics companies.
- Understand clients' needs and present tailored security solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Client Management:
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Work closely with the customer service and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of solutions.
Market Research and Reporting:
- Stay updated on the latest trends in vehicle security systems and logistics solutions.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry developments to effectively position the company’s solutions in the market.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates on the sales pipeline to management.
Sales Negotiations and Closing Deals:
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and demonstrations of the vehicle security solutions to potential clients.
- Close sales deals and secure contracts with clients, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly defined and agreed upon.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop strategies that will attract potential clients and enhance the company's market presence.
- Provide feedback to the team regarding customer needs, concerns, and product/service enhancements.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in selling solutions, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Experience in selling to the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
- Self-motivated, persistent, and results-oriented with the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to tailor solutions to meet client needs
