DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Proactively source new leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, referrals, online research, and attending industry events.
  • Identify new business opportunities in different market segments, targeting individuals, businesses, and corporate clients that may need moving and relocation services.

Client Needs Assessment:

  • Meet with prospective clients to understand their unique moving and relocation needs, analyzing their requirements to tailor appropriate service packages.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s offerings and how they address various client needs, ensuring you can pitch effectively to different client segments.

Sales Presentations:

  • Deliver clear, engaging, and persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, either in person or virtually, explaining the full range of services offered by Taylor Movers.
  • Create customized proposals and service packages based on clients’ moving requirements.
  • Effectively articulate the benefits and advantages of using Taylor Movers over competitors in the market.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Provide ongoing support and excellent customer service throughout the sales process, including post-sale follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Encourage satisfied clients to provide testimonials, reviews, and referrals to help grow the business.

 

Sales Target Achievement:

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop strategies and tactics for reaching sales goals.
  • Maintain high conversion rates and minimize lost opportunities by ensuring timely follow-up with all leads.

Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

  • Monitor competitor activities, including pricing, service offerings, and promotional strategies, to stay ahead of market trends.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments, new services, and customer preferences to anticipate and respond to shifting market demands.
  • Regularly provide feedback to the management team on market conditions and potential areas for business growth.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Accurately track and document all sales activities, customer interactions, and sales progress using the company’s CRM system.
  • Provide detailed reports on lead generation, sales performance, pipeline status, and customer feedback to management on a regular basis.
  • Maintain a detailed database of clients, leads, and prospects for future follow-up and relationship-building.

Promotional and Marketing Support:

  • Assist the marketing team in identifying opportunities for marketing campaigns and promotional events.
  • Represent Taylor Movers at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Share customer feedback and insights with the marketing team to enhance promotional strategies and improve the company’s offerings.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Sales and Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in service-based industries such as real estate, insurance, or banking
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, professional, and presentable demeanor
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
