DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Growth & Conversion Optimization

  • Implement and improve structured follow-up processes for inbound leads.
  • Develop and refine telesales scripts to increase customer engagement and conversion.
  • Monitor and analyze sales inquiries, ensuring all potential customers are engaged and converted.
  • Train and guide the sales team to improve closing techniques.

Customer Engagement & Follow-ups

  • Develop strategies to enhance customer communication and satisfaction.
  • Establish an effective CRM system to manage inquiries, follow-ups, and sales pipelines.
  • Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries across all platforms (email, phone, website, social media).

Operations & Team Management

  • Oversee the sales and customer service team, setting performance targets and ensuring accountability.
  • Provide training and mentorship to improve team efficiency.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including order management and fulfillment.

Business Expansion & Market Growth

  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
  • Develop strategies for acquiring and retaining customers.
  • Work closely with marketing and logistics teams to optimize sales and delivery operations.

 Reporting & Performance Analysis

  • Track and analyze sales data to measure conversion rates and team performance.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports with key sales metrics and insights.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine business strategies and decision-making.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Degree in marketing or related
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or operations management
  • Proven track record in telesales, customer conversion, and team management
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in training and mentoring teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales tracking software, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Passion for e-commerce and business growth
