DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Head of Operations in overseeing the company’s daily operational functions to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.
- Coordinate and collaborate with various departments (logistics, procurement, HR, etc.) to ensure that operational processes are executed without delays.
- Support in implementing process changes, monitor progress, and assess the effectiveness of improvements made.
- Work closely with the operations team to refine workflows, ensuring that they meet company objectives and industry standards.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring that supplies are available when needed while avoiding excess stock.
- Support the procurement process by liaising with suppliers and tracking orders.
- Help track and manage the delivery of goods and services, ensuring timely arrivals and resolving any logistical issues.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance metrics, such as inventory levels, operational expenses, and productivity.
- Help ensure the accurate and timely documentation of operational processes and workflows for future reference.
- Assist in managing office logistics, including arranging meetings, managing schedules, and organizing necessary operational resources.
- Provide administrative support to the operations department, assisting with tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Support communication between the operations team, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth interactions and prompt responses.
- Assist in resolving operational issues or service interruptions, working closely with internal teams and external vendors to find timely solutions.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Currently pursuing or recent graduate in Engineering, Operations management or any business related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a growing company
