DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain office files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access and retrieval of documents.
  • Prepare and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other office documents.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Assist in data entry, updating records, and maintaining databases.
  • Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
  • Support staff with administrative tasks as needed, ensuring efficiency across the team.
  • Ensure the office is well-maintained and organized at all times.
  • Handle other tasks as assigned by management.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Degree or Diploma in any field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office assistant or similar administrative role
  • Proficiency in using office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive, positive, and solution-oriented attitude.
