DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Create and manage engaging content for digital channels, including website, social media, and email marketing.
- Manage email marketing campaigns.
- Develop compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events and promotions.
- Generate regular reports on marketing performance and key metrics.
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights to inform future marketing strategies.
- Independent work:
- Be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Degree/Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related field
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, with a preference for experience in the education or hospitality sector
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools
- Strong creativity and ability to think outside the box
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
