DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Promote and market the hospital’s services to individuals, corporates, and organizations.
  • Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert potential clients into actual hospital patients.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aimed at expanding the hospital’s customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, corporates, and the community.
  • Coordinate and participate in hospital marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to increase brand visibility.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and patient feedback to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to the management team, detailing activities, results, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure patient needs are met and that services offered are clearly communicated to the market.
  • Track and report on sales targets, ensuring monthly and quarterly goals are met.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in hospital sales and marketing is a plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a results-driven environment
