DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, manage, and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies and campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns. Use data insights to adjust strategies and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, ROI, click-through rates (CTR), and cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Paid Advertising Management: Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, optimizing for maximum reach, engagement, and conversion. Monitor budget allocation, adjust bids, and optimize ad creatives.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee social media accounts, posting engaging content, responding to comments, and interacting with followers. Develop content calendars and plan posts in advance.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce high-quality visuals and copy for ads, blog posts, email newsletters, and social media channels.
  • SEO & SEM: Utilize search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to increase organic search visibility. Work alongside the SEO team to ensure content is optimized for search engines.
  • Audience Engagement & Growth: Build and foster relationships with social media communities, drive brand awareness, and manage paid and organic campaigns to boost followers and engagement.
  • Trend Monitoring & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing. Experiment with new marketing technologies, tools, and tactics to remain ahead of competitors.
  • Collaboration with Other Departments: Work alongside the design, content, and sales teams to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy. Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.

 

 

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma or Certificate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
  • 2 years of experience in a fast-paced digital marketing environment, with hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and how they affect digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc., to measure campaign performance
