DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies aligned with the company’s overall objectives.
  • Create and manage annual and quarterly digital marketing plans with defined KPIs.

SEO and Website Management

  • Oversee website content, structure, and performance to maximize organic visibility.
  • Perform on-page and off-page SEO audits and improvements to increase traffic and ranking.
  • Manage website CMS and ensure up-to-date content that aligns with brand messaging.

Paid Advertising & Campaigns

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Monitor ad spend and campaign performance, adjusting strategies as necessary for maximum ROI.

Content Development & Strategy

  • Develop a robust content calendar and oversee the creation of engaging, relevant content for digital platforms (blogs, email, social media, website).
  • Collaborate with internal teams, designers, and content creators to ensure brand consistency.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, measure, and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting tools.
  • Provide actionable insights based on performance data to improve engagement and conversions.

 

CRM & Customer Engagement

  • Manage and optimize customer engagement through CRM tools.
  • Lead digital initiatives to generate and nurture leads through email marketing, WhatsApp, and other automation tools.

Social Media Management

  • Oversee the planning, publishing, and management of social media content across platforms.
  • Monitor trends, audience engagement, and social listening to inform strategies.

Collaboration & Team Management

  • Work closely with sales, production, and other departments to support cross-functional campaigns.
  • Guide junior digital staff or interns where applicable.

 

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a digital marketing role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Proven track record in running successful digital campaigns and content strategies
  • Proficiency in SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs), Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing tools
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
