DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Campaign Development & Management:
- Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic, build brand awareness, and increase student enrollment.
- Identify the most effective digital marketing channels (email, social media, search engines, and paid ads) to target prospective students and other key audiences.
Social Media Marketing:
- Design and implement social media strategies to promote the college’s brand across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitor, track, and analyze social media performance to continuously improve engagement and follower growth.
- Respond to student inquiries and engage with followers in a timely and professional manner across all platforms.
Graphic Design & Content Creation:
- Create visually appealing content for digital platforms, including graphics, banners, posters, infographics, and videos, using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Ensure all digital content is on-brand, follows the college’s visual guidelines, and speaks to the target audience effectively.
Website & Landing Page Management:
- Optimize and update the college's website to enhance user experience and ensure it is optimized for search engines (SEO).
- Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and content performance to recommend improvements and increase engagement.
Content Marketing:
- Develop and manage a content calendar that aligns with the marketing strategy and academic year calendar.
- Create educational content (videos, blog posts, webinars) that showcases the college’s unique programs and student experiences.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters to keep prospective students informed and engaged with the college.
Search Engine Marketing & Optimization:
- Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the college's website.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance (SEO and paid search) and make recommendations to improve reach and performance.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to track the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, web traffic, social media metrics, and audience engagement.
Brand Building & Strategy:
- Work with the marketing team to develop long-term digital marketing strategies that align with the college's goals and objectives.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and voice across all digital channels and content.
Collaboration & Coordination:
- Collaborate with the Admissions team to promote open days, application deadlines, and campus events.
- Coordinate with the Events team to ensure seamless execution of online marketing for college events and activities.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Degree or diploma in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, graphic design, and social media marketing.
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Proven ability to create high-quality content that resonates with the target audience.
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices is a plus
- Creative, detail-oriented, and a self-starter with the ability to work independently
