JOB SUMMARY
The role involves driving sales, building strong business relationships with retailers, and expanding the brand’s presence in the market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of fashion trends, exceptional negotiation skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales. You will work closely with the product, marketing, and operations teams to deliver outstanding service and meet revenue targets.
· Identify and target potential wholesale, retail, and distribution partners.
· Develop and implement strategies to drive B2B sales growth and expand the
brand’s footprint in both domestic and international markets.
Client Relationship Management:
· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key buyers, retailers, and
distributors.
· Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with partners to secure favorable
agreements.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
· Develop and execute sales plans that align with business objectives.
· Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to
ensure product offerings meet market demand.
· Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract closure.
Market Analysis & Trends:
· Stay up-to-date with fashion industry trends, consumer preferences, and
competitive landscape.
· Provide market insights and recommendations to internal teams to optimize
product offerings.
Sales Reporting & Analytics:
· Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and create reports to assess market
penetration and growth.
· Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Trade Shows & Events:
· Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to
showcase collections and build new partnerships.
Account Management:
· Work closely with key accounts to ensure a seamless buying experience, manage
order fulfillment, and resolve any post-sales issues.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field.
· Minimum of 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the fashion, apparel, or luxury goods industries.
· Proven track record in driving sales and managing high-profile accounts.
· Strong understanding of fashion trends, retail buying cycles, and merchandising.
· Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
