· Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in accordance with safety standards and company procedures.
· Conduct routine checks and inspections on electrical systems to ensure proper functioning.
· Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues in both AC and DC circuits and systems.
· Assist in the installation of electrical panels, lighting systems, and other electrical infrastructure as required.
· Identify and resolve electrical faults, ensuring minimal downtime and system failures.
· Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals for accurate troubleshooting.
· Maintain a detailed log of repairs, maintenance schedules, and inventory management of electrical components.
· Follow electrical safety procedures and guidelines to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
· Ensure all work complies with electrical codes and regulatory standards.
· Participate in safety training and provide recommendations for improving workplace safety.
· Work closely with the engineering team to assist with system upgrades, installations, and troubleshooting.
· Assist in commissioning new electrical systems and equipment.
· Provide on-site technical support for electrical projects and respond promptly to emergency repair requests.
· Prepare and submit detailed maintenance reports, logs, and incident documentation to supervisors.
· Keep accurate records of electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
· Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
· 1-3 years of experience as an electrical technician in an industrial, manufacturing, or commercial environment.
· Solid knowledge of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and circuit analysis.
· Hands-on experience with electrical testing instruments and equipment.
· Ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of electrical systems and components.
