DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Perform general office duties, including typing, filing, printing, and photocopying.

·         Maintain accurate filing systems for both physical and digital documents.

·         Organize and manage office supplies and inventory.

·         Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of office equipment (printers, computers, etc.).

·         Greet visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.

·         Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.

·         Manage the office calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.

·         Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely delivery and receipt.

·         Draft, proofread, and send professional emails, memos, and other correspondence as needed.

·         Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other office documentation.

·         Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of company information.

·         Assist with data entry and general office management tasks as required.

·         Provide administrative support to senior staff and managers as needed.

·         Coordinate and assist with office events, meetings, and other administrative tasks.

·         Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and welcoming.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

·         Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.

·         2-4 years of experience in office administration or a similar administrative support role.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

·         Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
