· Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and staff, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
· Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, responding as needed and directing inquiries to the appropriate parties.
· Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations using MS Word and MS Excel.
· Maintain accurate records and databases, track project timelines, and prepare reports as requested.
· Organize office supplies, maintain office equipment, and ensure the workspace is organized and welcoming.
· Assist in coordinating travel bookings, accommodations, and itineraries for team members.
· Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
· Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned by management or team members.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
· Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or in a similar role in a fast-paced office environment.
· Strong skills in MS Excel and MS Word (Excel for data management, reporting, and spreadsheets; Word for document preparation and formatting).
· Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional phone manner.
· A keen eye for accuracy and precision in handling data, documents, and communications.
