· Receive, inspect, and store goods delivered to the store.
· Maintain accurate stock levels and update inventory records regularly.
· Conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
· Monitor stock movement and report any issues, such as damaged goods or low inventory.
· Assist customers in locating items and provide information on products.
· Ensure that shelves are well-stocked, organized, and properly labeled.
· Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
· Assist with sales transactions, ensuring accurate pricing and payment processing.
· Support promotional activities and ensure that products on promotion are properly displayed.
· Organize and maintain a tidy storage area to prevent loss or damage.
· Prepare and dispatch orders as required, ensuring all items are accounted for and packaged appropriately.
· Maintain accurate records of stock levels, transactions, and deliveries.
· Assist in generating reports on inventory levels, stock usage, and sales trends for the management team.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
· Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
· Minimum 1 year of experience working in a fast-paced store or warehouse environment.
· Prior experience in inventory management, stock control, or logistics is preferred.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Basic knowledge of supply chain processes and inventory management systems.
· Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Proficiency in basic computer applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
