DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Perform lash extension applications, including classic, volume, and hybrid styles, according to clients' preferences and industry standards.

·         Assess clients' natural lashes and recommend suitable lash styles and lengths based on their eye shape and desired look.

·         Ensure the proper use of adhesives and techniques to achieve long-lasting, comfortable, and natural-looking results.

·         Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and any concerns about lash extensions.

·         Provide professional advice on lash care, maintenance, and aftercare to enhance the longevity of the extensions.

·         Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment by adhering to sanitation protocols and sterilizing tools and equipment.

·         Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure the well-being of clients and the technician.

·         Deliver excellent customer service by creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for clients.

·         Address any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

·         Proven experience as a Lash Technician or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of lash styles and techniques.

·         Expertise in lash extension application, including classic, volume, and hybrid techniques.

·         Excellent attention to detail and precision in lash placement.

·         Strong communication skills and ability to provide personalized client consultations.

·         Professional demeanor with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·         Positive attitude, creativity, and a passion for the beauty industry.
