DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

·         Stay up to date with market dynamics in relations to managing inventories.

·         Establishing new business; products and customers.

·         Manage sales strategy, monitor execution, and evaluate periodical results.

·         Researching prospects and generating leads.

·         Conduct a sales competitive analysis of competitors.

·         Meeting with clients virtually or during sales field visits.

·         Negotiating contracts and packages within the company framework demonstrating and presenting products.

·         Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints. Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.

·         Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person. Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.

·         Serve as client liaison to ensure timely response to customer needs.

·         Monitor customer debts, and credit limits, apply strategies and follow up for payments.

 

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

·         Degree or Diploma in Agribusiness

·         3 years of experience in horticulture or floriculture sales

·         Valid Driving license is required

·         Excellent leadership skills

·         Exposure/experience to a CRM system
