JOB SUMMARY

As a Club Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our club, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our members and guests.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.

·         Manage and supervise daily operations of the club, including facilities, staff, and activities.

·         Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times.

·         Train, mentor, and motivate club staff to deliver excellence in service.

·         Monitor and manage inventory levels.

·         Handle member inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.

·         Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of club events and activities.

·         Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health and safety regulations by conducting regular inspections.

·         Preparation of reports on club activities, budget, and performance as required.

·         Stay current on industry trends and best practices to improve club operations.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

·         Diploma in a Business or Culinary course

·         3 years experience in a fast paced environment

·         Strong organizational and time management abilities.

·         Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

·         Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
