DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Performing market research and gathering client feedback to refine existing products.

·         Maintaining strong professional relationships with current clients and meeting new clients to expand sales territories.

·         Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles.

·         Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition.

·         Explaining and negotiating contract terms with customers.

·         Maintaining and updating a record of all sales orders.

·         Meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects.

·         Provide training and produce support material for other members of the sales team.

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS

·         Must have a Degree in Chemical/Water/ Civil/Mechanical/Water and Waster Engineering

·         Must be aggressive in marketing

·         1 year experience as technical sales is added advantage

·         Prospecting - proactively identify and qualify potential customers by developing contacts using referrals and pursuing leads.

·         Customer engagement and retention.

·         Timeliness in reporting - quality and accurate reports to inform on the average sales performance.

·         Market awareness - accurately understand market trends and analyse customer buying patterns.
