Duties and Responsibilities

·         Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential clients.

·         Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively and professionally.

·         Conduct regular client visits and meetings to strengthen relationships and drive sales.

·         Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

·         Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and areas for growth.

·         Analyze sales data and performance metrics to inform business decisions.

·         Oversee the daily operations of the sales team, including training, scheduling, and performance management.

·         Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders and deliveries.

·         Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.

·         Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

·         Participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the farm’s products.

·         Utilize social media and digital marketing strategies to reach a wider audience.

·         Prepare and manage sales budgets and forecasts.

·         Monitor and control sales expenses to maximize profitability.

·         Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients and distributors.

Key Requirements Skills, experience and qualification

·         Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Marketing, or a related field.

·         Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the agricultural or dairy industry.

·         Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

·         Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

·         Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

·         Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

·         Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed         .
