SUMMARY

Our client is looking to employ an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years’ experience in a busy company. The jobholder will be increase company’s profitability by implementing wide-ranging sales and marketing strategies.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Sales and marketing strategies

·       Constant feedback to the management from the market and decide on future strategies

·       To increase the profitability of the company, by aiming to expand the market

·       Advise the top management on expansion strategies

·       Explore the market to look for opportunities

·       Ensure revenue generation with fewer risks

·       Forecast the market and communicate effectively

·       Manage the sales and marketing department budget

·       Analyze sales reports for Management review

·       Contribute to the development and refinement of the Company’s vision and

strategy

·       Support the overall process of management and corporate decision-making to ensure the organization maximizes its short, medium and long-term profitability and shareholder returns

·       Liaise with other executive heads on the implementation of the company’s strategic and operational plans

·       Develop, review, and report on the business development Department’s strate

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

·       Qualifications in sales and marketing or a business related field

·       Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications

·       10 years plus working experience as a sales and marketing manager/Operations in a busy manufacturing/ FMCG Company
