Position: Technical Trainees -Oracle

Location: Nairobi

Nature of work: Full time

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform requirement documentation/analysis and develop required solution on Oracle Development tools e.g. forms, reports, etc.
• Participate in Development and Implementation of software applications/solutions developed by the company
• Reporting on daily responsibilities and tasks.
• Resolving client issues.
• Testing products and applications.
• Supporting and troubleshooting software issues.
• Generating innovate ideas.

Minimum Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Information Systems /IT or equivalent qualifications.
• Diploma in Oracle Development from a recognized institution, certification is an added advantage.
• Experience on latest Oracle software development tools i.e. Oracle IDS, Developer 6i, 10g, J developer, Oracle 9iAS, Web center, and  Web logic
• Working knowledge of Oracle Database, 9i and above.
• Working Knowledge of MS SQL Server and  My SQL
• Experience on other development languages like PHP, .Net, etc is an added advantage.
• Ability to work and produce reports with system analysis and design tools
• Past implementation or support of software applications developed on oracle will be an added advantage.

Minimum Experience

• 6 months to 1 year experience as a software developer, most of which must be on Oracle developer.
• At least one year experience as a systems analyst
